Preparing the Exhibition. Set up of frames. All visitors are encouraged to assist!
15:00-late - Set up of exhibits. All exhibitors are encouraged to mount their own exhibit.
Friday, 8 August 2014
Exhibition open 12.00 - 18.00
12:00 - Official opening of Exhibition, by a representative from Høje-Taastrup Municipality.
15:00-16:00 - Presentation by Colin Walker, Scout Historian: "The Origin of the World Scout Emblem", followed by an informal question and answer session on the life of Lord Baden-Powell.
20:00-late - Camp-fire in the garden of the Kulturcentret. Possibly With participation of local Scouts/guides.

Exhibition open 10.00 - 18.00.
10:00-15:00 - if sufficient interest - excursion to the nearby city of Roskilde, visit the Cathedral etc.
13:00-15:00 - SOSSI meeting (Scouts On Stamps Society International), open for all
15:00-17:00 - IFSCO meeting (International Federation of Scout and guide Collecting Organisations), for delegates and observers
19:00-late - Gala Dinner with the presentation of the Participants' Awards etc.
Price for tickets DKK 350 (EUR 47) per person, please make reservation in advance, pay at the exhibition.

10:00-11:00 - High Mass in Saint Pauls Church (Roman Catholic), Frøgårds Allé 10, Høje Taastrup.
13:00 - Official closing of the Exhibition, see you in Vienna, Austria 26-29 May 2016.
14:00 - Dismounting of the exhibits starts.

Exposición abierta 12.00 - 18.00
12:00 - Inauguración oficial de la Exposición, por un representante de Høje - Taastrup comuna.
15:00-16:00 - Presentación a cargo de Colin Walker, Scouts historiador: "El origen del emblema Scout Mundial", seguido de una pregunta informal y respuestas sobre la vida de Lord Baden-Powell.
20:00-tarde - Hoguera en el jardín de la Kulturcentret. Posiblemente con la participación de Scouts locales / guides.
Sábado, 9 de agosto 2014
Exposición abierta 10.00 - 18.00.
10:00-15:00 - si hay interesados suficientes - excursión a la cercana ciudad de Roskilde, visitar la Catedral, etc.
13:00-15:00 - Reunión Sossi (Scouts en sellos Sociedad Internacional), abierto para todos
15:00-17:00 - IFSCO reunión (Federación Internacional de Organizaciones de Coleccionistas de Estampillas Scouts y Guías), a los delegados y observadores
19:00-tarde - Gala Cena con la presentación de los Premios de los Participantes etc.
Precio para las entradas DKK 350 (47 euros) por persona, por favor haga la reserva con antelación, a pagar en la exposición.

10:00-11:00 - Misa Mayor en la Iglesia Saint Pauls (Católica Romana), Frøgårds Allé 10, Høje Taastrup.
13:00 - Clausura oficial de la Exposición, nos vemos en Viena, Austria 26 hasta 29 mayo 2016.
14:00 - Desmontaje de las exposiciones se inicia.
